How to choose your perfect mask from our range of scuba masks:

Scuba masks are one of the most important pieces of diving gear – they are essentially your eyes underwater. You therefore want a good quality mask that fits your face well while giving the best viewing are possible so you do not miss anything during your dive.

Make sure to clear the silicone factory seal from the lens of your scuba mask, otherwise the mask will always fog up, no matter how much defog solution or spit you rub into it. To remove the silicone, use a buffer or toothpaste to remove the silicone. Rub it into the lens, let it set for a few minutes, then rinse it off. Repeat twice and you’re all set.

How to take care of your scuba mask:

  • Apply a defog solution to your mask lens before every dive.
  • Rinse your mask with fresh water after each dive, also after dives in the pool.
  • Keep your mask out of direct sunlight as much as possible and store it in a cool, dry place.
  • Keep your mask, and anything made from clear silicone away from any neoprene and rubber as the colors will leach into the silicone and discolor it.
