The Diversworld Gift Card can be used both online and in store. It is digital and will be delivered instantly via Email – the perfect last minute gift. This is also a gift suited for any budget – choose from a range starting at just $50.

How this works:

After selecting your chosen amount to gift, you will be asked to enter the email address(es) of the gift card recipient(s). If you select more than one recipient, the chosen amount will be gifted to each one of them, and you will be charged the total sum.

You can also add a personal message which will be the same for all recipients.

As soon as your purchase is complete, the recipient(s) will receive an email with a unique gift voucher code.

If you want to buy this voucher for a special occasion like Christmas or a birthday, use your own email address when prompted to enter the recipient’s address. You will then receive the gift voucher yourself so you can print it out to give to the recipient at your own discretion.

How to use the Diversworld Gift Card $100:

• Online:
  Add items to your cart as usual, then enter the voucher code in the check out process. This is important: the voucher code must be added before the order has been placed. It cannot be added after the order has been placed and confirmed.
  There is no minimum spending amount.
• In-Store:
  Visit our Cairns shop on 1/90 Aumuller Street or order over the phone during our business hours, and simply show your individual code during the checkout process.

• I cannot find any email from Diversworld in my inbox?
  => Check all your folders, especially the Spam folder and Updates folder, for an email from us. If you still need assistance, simply contact us.

• The gift voucher code is not working upon checkout?
  => Double check the spelling, and make sure you did not mix up letters like L and O with numbers 1 and 0. If the code still isn’t working, contact us.

• How can I redeem my Gift Card?
  Online: Gift Cards can be redeemed online at www.diversworld.com.au.
  In-Store and over-the-phone: Gift cards can also be redeemed in-store and over the phone.

• Do I have to use my gift card all at once?
  No, you can also use your gift card partially. It is up to you to use the full value before the expiry date. If your purchase exceeds the available card balance, you will be required to make up the difference with another payment method.

• When will I receive my Gift Card?
  Gift Cards will be emailed once your order has been processed and approved. They are typically received within one hour but can sometimes take longer if they need to be reviewed. Remember to also check your Spam or Junk and Updates folders.

• Can I add a message to the Gift Card?
  Yes, you can create a custom message. The message will be displayed in the email sent to the recipient (as shown in the second image).
