– know how to service spearguns,
– have great knowledge about spearing + diving and
– love talking about it and sharing tips with people,
– have organisational skills for things like rostering + stock managing,
– are excited about finding + testing new products and
– are passionate about growing as a team while providing outstanding service,

What your job as manager involves:
- Managing a small team,
- Organizing the rosters for our shop staff.
- Keeping stock levels up to date, ordering & displaying the stock.
- Finding & testing new products,
- Creating new opportunities to grow the business.
- Knowledge of servicing spearguns is a must, as this is a hands-on roll.
- Above average wage with bonuses paid on a weekly basis.
- Hours are 38 per week with the odd weekend when needed but not as a regular occurrence.
- There are also allotted days for product testing where you are required to go out to the reef to test new products and film for social media, YouTube and our website.
